EnDOtec DO*33 Gas-shielded continuous electrode

Description

EnDOtec DO*33 is a metal cored wire developed for producing anti-wear coatings with excellent resistance to abrasion and erosion at high temperatures up to 650°C. 
EnDOtec DO*33 is a unique anti-wear alloy formulated to develop a dense, but very fine network of complex carbides in a reinforced matrix. This gives exceptional resistance to fine-particle abrasion and moderate-impact erosion at operating temperatures up to 1,200°F. DO*33 offers wear rates above and beyond conventional chrome carbide, with a hardness of HRC 63-65 in just one pass. DO*33 can be used 
on carbon steels, high and low alloy steels and austenitic manganese steels. High deposition rates and minimal slag saves labor costs; plus smooth weld beads improve resistance to erosion.

Welding Equipment:
Compatible with most conventional, constant voltage power sources. Models with programmable, pulsed arc, metal transfer modes offer optimal performance. Recommended using wire drive systems fitted with 4 knurled feed-rollers as well as polyamide liners.

Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Securely precision layer wound on red plastic recyclable wire spools (ISO544, S 300) to a standard weight of 15 kg and specially packed for optimum storage protection.
