Ni-based flux cored wire
EnDOtec DO*622 S
Specially formulated to prevent harmful phase formation in the interstitial zone, even when the base metal is a steel, stainless steel or copper alloy.
Exceptionally crack-resistant weld seams thanks to superior ductility at a coefficient of thermal expansion that closely matches that of carbon steels.
The tough weld structure withstands long-term exposure to high operating temperatures and is resistant to fatigue stresses caused by thermal cycling.
- Repair of massive cracks and fractures in cast steel
- Repair and joint welding of dissimilar FE and NE alloys
- Outstanding resistance to thermal cycling at high temperatures
- Smooth, finely feathered weld metal with easily removable slag
- No need for extensive post-weld heat treatment

Applications
Specially developed for repair or joint welding of large/heavily used castings made of low-alloy steels, high-alloy steels, dissimilar steels, nickel alloys and pure copper.
Also suitable for protective coatings:
These provide excellent protection against attack by most acids and alkalis, even in high concentrations.
Depending on the size and shape of the workpiece, EnDOtec DO*622 S is an ideal complement to the following MMA stick electrodes Xuper 2222 and EutecTrode XHD 6822
