CDS 8000 - designed for ease of use
Users will appreciate the ergonomic design of the CDS 8000, its light weight (almost 40% less than other torches) and the fact that no tools are required to change the torch inserts.
CDS 8000 requires no special skills from the user. The only adjustable control is the valve for the acetylene flow rate. Everything else is controlled by simply switching it on and off. The quick-release lever offers increased safety and its operation alone is sufficient to switch off the burner.

High functionality
The CDS 8000 is a high-precision design, which results in much greater operational reliability in practical use. Carefully calibrated holes in synthetic rubies result in a very precise flow rate and therefore extremely accurate and repeatable coatings.

Easy automation for large applications
For industrial applications, the CDS 8000 can easily be combined with various automated systems, taking full advantage of its performance and precision - even for the largest OEM, repair or preventive maintenance applications. In combination with a powder conveyor, continuous coating processes can be carried out.
