Ni-based flux cored wire
EnDOtec DO*622 S
Specially formulated to prevent harmful phase formation in the interstitial zone, even when the base metal is a steel, stainless steel or copper alloy.
Exceptionally crack-resistant weld seams thanks to superior ductility at a coefficient of thermal expansion that closely matches that of carbon steels.
The tough weld structure withstands long-term exposure to high operating temperatures and is resistant to fatigue stresses caused by thermal cycling.
Repair of massive cracks and fractures in cast steel
Repair and joint welding of dissimilar FE and NE alloys
Outstanding resistance to thermal cycling at high temperatures
Smooth, finely feathered weld metal with easily removable slag
No need for extensive post-weld heat treatment
Technical data

Applications
Specially developed for repair or joint welding of large/heavily used castings made of low-alloy steels, high-alloy steels, dissimilar steels, nickel alloys and pure copper.
Also suitable for protective coatings:
These provide excellent protection against attack by most acids and alkalis, even in high concentrations.
Depending on the size and shape of the workpiece, EnDOtec DO*622 S is an ideal complement to the following MMA stick electrodes Xuper 2222 and EutecTrode XHD 6822
