Applications
For joint welding of heat-resistant steels and fine-grained structural steels, e.g:
EN 10025-2: S 235 J2 - S 355 K2
EN 10025-3: S 275 N - S 420 N
EN 10025-4: S 275 M - S 420 M
and corresponding cast and pipe materials.
Typical application examples are
Components from boiler and tank construction, in particular tube welds in heat exchangers;
Boilers in power generation plants; in ventilation, machine, steel, car body, wagon and ship construction.
Processing instructions
Clean welding areas. Adjust heat conduction during welding to the component, its material and dimensions. Limit interpass temperature to 250 °C. Ensure a continuous supply of filler material.
