CutTrode 01

Coated rod electrode for cutting without oxygen and compressed air. High working speed and current carrying capacity. Processing in areas that are inaccessible to grinding discs. Narrow, clean cut. Delayed ignition of the arc. Low noise.

Applications
For cutting and piercing all metals such as steels, special steels, cast materials, copper materials and light metal alloys.

Typical applications include cutting workpieces, drilling holes and cutting profiles to length, as well as preparing weld seams.

Processing instructions
Mark the cutting direction with chalk. The prepared metal should fall on cold workpieces if possible so that it does not stick.
To cut, the electrode is placed at an angle of approx. 45° and pushed through the workpiece.
To punch, the electrode is held perpendicular to the component surface and pushed forcefully through the metal.
