Copper-plated flux-cored wire electrode with metal powder filling. Permissible operating temperatures from –60°C to 350°C. Stable arc, low spatter and easy to weld. Smooth and finely drawn seams.

Applications
For joining unalloyed and low-alloy steels and fine-grain structural steels, e.g.:

and corresponding cast and pipe materials.
Typical applications include:
Components for steel, apparatus and container construction, as well as pipework, machines and vehicles.
Processing instructions
Clean the welding areas. Adjust the heat control during welding to the component, its material and dimensions. Plastic contact tips and contact nozzles, as for welding
aluminium, are recommended.
