RotoGuard (90111)

Air-drying sealer made from an acrylate/light petroleum mixture. Reduces the permeability of spray coatings to prevent the penetration of gases and liquids. Easy to apply. Good adhesion. Fast drying.

Applications
For sealing and increasing the impermeability of RotoTec and MetaCeram coatings.

Typical applications are:
Pump shafts in the chemical industry; components exposed to salt water corrosion such as hydraulic high-pressure pistons, shafts and pipes.

Processing instructions
Mix well before use. Can be diluted with light petrol if required. Allow workpiece to cool to 30 °C after thermal spraying.
Caution, highly flammable! Do not use on warm surfaces. Apply by brushing with a brush.

Drying time: 60 - 80 seconds (air-drying)
