Metal Powder for Mixed Connections and Overlays
EuTroLoy 16670
Metal powder for joining and overlay welding using PTA or laser cladding. Largely austenitic, non-magnetic weld metal. Resistant to thermal shock. Scale-resistant up to 850 °C and corrosion-resistant up to 300 °C. The lowest operating temperature is –120 °C. Work hardening.

Applications

Processing Instructions
Remove damaged material. Clean welding areas. Adjust heat management during welding to the component, its material, and dimensions. Keep dilution low. Allow the workpiece to cool slowly.
