Double-coated stick electrode with basic and rutile coating characteristics. Evenly
and finely feathered seams. Stable arc, fine droplet material transfer and low spatter formation. Good suitability for constrained positions.
Good suitability for contact welding. Permissible operating temperatures from -20 °C to 350 °C.
Easily removable slag.

Applications
For joint welding of unalloyed and low-alloy steels, e.g.
steels, e.g:
EN 10025-2: S 235 J2 - S 355 K2
EN 10025-3: S 275 N - S 355 N
EN 10083-1: C 22 R, C 25 R
and corresponding cast and pipe materials.
Typical applications are
Tack welds, assembly work, workshop and repair welding in machine, car body, wagon, steel and ship construction as well as in tank and boiler construction.

Processing instructions
Clean welding areas. Re-dry at 350 °C / 2 h. During welding, adjust the heat input to the component, its material and dimensions.
