Applications
For plasma powder welding of lamellar gray cast iron as well as unalloyed, low-alloy and high-alloy steels and the corresponding cast steel grades and cast iron.

Typical applications are
Sealing surface hardfacing on fittings, sliding seals and guides, forming tools, valves, valve flaps, pump rotors, cams and screw parts.

Applications
Remove damaged material. Clean welding areas. During welding, adjust the heat input to the component, its material and dimensions, preheat to 300 - 600 °C if necessary. Keep the mixing to a minimum. Allow the workpiece to cool slowly.
