MeCaSpray

MeCaSpray is the pneumatic cartridge spray system for Castolin Eutectic's MeCaTeC© polymer coating program. This self-contained spraying system is portable and lightweight for ease of use and operation. It has a two-stage trigger that allows one-handed operation.
When the two-stage trigger is pulled, atomizing air first flows to the nozzle and only then are the coating components from the cartridge mixed in. Each two-component cartridge contains both polymer and hardener. The two materials remain separate until immediately before spraying. With this system, the polymer and hardener are mixed precisely at the nozzle as required - this guarantees economical consumption and avoids pot life problems.

The MeCaSpray system is designed for use with MeCaWear and MeCaCorr cartridges. Each cartridge contains both polymer and hardener.
