Properties
Brazing alloy based on aluminum-silicon. Low soldering temperature. Very low viscosity. Excellent flow and wetting properties. High strength and elongation. Smooth, dense and non-porous seams.

Applications
Preferred for gap brazing, e.g:
Pure and ultra-pure aluminum, AlMn alloys, AlMnMg alloys, AlMg and AlMgSi alloys Furthermore for joint and build-up brazing of corresponding cast alloys.

Typical applications are
Air conditioning and refrigeration technology, heat exchangers, evaporators, condensers, pipe sockets, pipe lines, fittings, car bodies, containers, profile constructions, bicycle frames, household items, protective housings.

Processing instructions
Clean soldering areas. Round off edges. Preheat the workpiece widely and continuously. Do not melt base materials. Do not overheat. Remove corrosive flux residues.
Heat sources: Flame soldering (acetylene; soft flame, reducing), oven, induction soldering, laser soldering or ultrasound.
