This solder has the lowest fluidity of the three alloys. Its exceptional properties are ideal when it comes to controlling wetting on smaller joint surfaces.
This solder is characterized by the highest flowability. It is ideal for soldering joints with a larger surface area.
Offers the highest quality of alloys in the XuperPhos range. Its unique properties ensure optimum flowability and rapid wetting, thus enabling flawless processability. The solder is particularly suitable for joints that are difficult to access and problematic.
