Flux-cored wire for stainless steels
Endotec DO*29, Ø 1.2 mm, 15.0 kg
Slag-free flux-cored wire electrode with austenitic weld metal and approx. 10 % δ-ferrite. Resistant to pitting and intergranular corrosion up to 350 °C. Scale-resistant up to 800 °C. Can be polished to a high lustre. Lowest permissible operating temperature –60 °C.

EnDOtec DO*29 is used in the food industry, in the construction of chemical apparatus and in the paper industry, among others.
Processing information
Clean the weld areas. Limit the interpass temperature to 150 °C. Use wire brushes made of austenitic CrNi steels. A plastic liner and contact tip, as for welding aluminium, are recommended.
