UpTIG 300 AC/DC

State-of-the-art inverter technology and outstanding arc characteristics

  • TIG welding, pulsed TIG and MMA
  • Three-phase 400 V (300 A) power supply
  • Maximum current: 300 A
  • Special TIG functions: Pulsed synergy, quick start, quick spot, etc.
  • Q-Start to spot welding

Simple and user-friendly operation. The central display provides quick and easy access to all available functions. The device can be controlled via a rotary control. All parameters for professional TIG welding are available: 2-fold and 4-fold mode, pre-gas, post-gas, descent time, ramp-up/ramp-down time...
High-precision QUICK SPOT tack welding function, where the electrode is brought into contact with the workpiece and then raised to create an arc and perform the tack weld.
The QUICK START function enables safe and fast ignition in any situation.
Integrated pulsed current function (up to 2500 Hz) to improve weld pool control, especially for thin sheets.
The SYNERGIC PULSE function always ensures a balanced pulse by simply setting the average welding current; all other parameters are automatically controlled by the generator.
Other available special functions enable adaptation to difficult conditions or make welding work easier: MULTITACK, DYNAMIC ARC...
50 programs can be saved so that optimized settings can be registered for future use in recurring applications. There is a USB port on the front that allows programs to be imported or exported to other power sources (of the same type).
PFC technology and VRD function(for safety during welding).
