Powder flame spraying of Eutalloy® powders
SuperJet -S- Eutalloy® is an oxy-fuel torch that can be used to produce very precise wear-resistant coatings. The alloy powders are sprayed onto the component to be coated and melted at the same time. Independent tests and extensive practical trials guarantee quality standards in powder flame spraying as well as performance and precision in the areas of maintenance and repair.
The wetting properties of the alloys are based on the synergistic nature of some essential alloy components. These prevent oxide formation on the substrate surface during spraying and promote bonding with the base material.
An oxide-free surface is essential here. The melting ranges - depending on the type of alloy - can be between 850°C and 1,100°C. The spraying distances can vary between 6 and 20 mm.

Modular design
Thanks to the modular design of the system, all components can be removed for cleaning, maintenance and, if necessary, replacement.

Safety First
Every component and the complete torch is subjected to strict quality control. Safety devices such as a quick shut-off lever, which interrupts the gas supply to the burner, are built into the burner.
